The phases of implementation
Your result after 5 days: A configured AI system, a crystal-clear roadmap for going live and a deep understanding of how your data will drive the service quality of tomorrow.
Day 1-2: In-depth analysis of the database
We check your existing data structure for "AI suitability" and identify gaps:
- Product data check: Cleansing of special characters, analysis of descriptions, variants and filter attributes.
- Hidden knowledge: Extraction of information from downloads (PDFs) that are not in the standard article master.
- Vectorization: Determining which additional sources (homepage, content pages, manuals) are included in the vector database.
Day 3: Use case definition & workflow design
We define what the bot must be able to do and how it communicates:
- Analysis of typical queries: documentation and comparison with the system standard.
- Process automation: Selection of suitable avanta-n8n nodes for live queries (e.g. real-time prices, availability or status reports).
- Interfaces: Definition of APIs for seamless system integration.
Day 4: Technical setup & infrastructure
We lay the foundations for secure operation:
- Hosting concept: Definition of the environment for n8n, vector DB and the selected LLM (Large Language Model).
- Security: separation of test and live environments and data protection compliance.
Day 5: Piloting & quality assurance
Preparation for the reality check:
- Prompt engineering: fine-tuning response quality with your AI contacts.
- Success metrics: Defining the "ready-for-live" criteria (when is the bot good enough?).
- Demo setup: Commissioning in a protected pilot environment with demo data.

The workshops can take place as an online meeting via Microsoft Teams. In this case, each participant should take part from their own PC to ensure good acoustics. We have already conducted many smooth workshops online. Alternatively, the workshops can also be held at your premises or at our offices.
