We are ECOPLAN E-Commerce and we love and live B2B. For over 30 years, we have been developing digital solutions for companies in industry and trade. It has never been just about software for us, but always about one thing: making sales smarter, more efficient and future-proof.
Since our founding in 1993, we have been dealing with IT systems for marketing and sales. From field service information systems to product configurators, always with ERP interfaces.
Our customers back then? Fulda Reifen, Dunlop, Goodyear, Dräger, Hako - medium-sized companies and corporations that continuously challenged and shaped us.
With the opening of the internet in the 1990s, we began to utilize the web as a platform for online sales solutions. We developed one of the first enterprise content management systems in Germany for global use, for example with Hansgrohe, Rehau and the Goodyear Group.
In 1998 we launched the first B2B online shops for brands like Yamaha and Minolta.
Google was just one year old. Amazon was only selling books.
Over the years we have repeatedly seen B2B companies struggle with B2C shop software: high effort, little future-proofing and significant frustration. That’s why we developed avanta.
Our first solution ECOPLAN ProLine was launched in 2010. Today, with avanta 3.x, the fourth generation of our solution is available: a specialized B2B e-commerce solution that reduces complexity and accelerates growth.
