What was your starting position?

  • We had already been using an online shop with an SAP add-on module for many years. This no longer met current requirements. In addition, support for this solution was discontinued.

What challenges
did you face at the start of the project?

  • We initially started with an established shop solution (Shopware). However, we very quickly realized that the roots of this solution lay in the B2C business and that our B2B requirements could not be implemented quickly enough and with the available budget.

    So we opted for avanta, a genuine B2B shopsystem.

What was particularly important to you in the upcoming realization?

  • The complete integration of SAP processes in the shop was very important to us. It is significant for our customers to be able to quickly and easily find the desired item in our range of over 80,000 products and variants.
