Workshop 1:
Requirements, functions & processes

  • Goal

The aim of the first workshop is to gain an overview of the goals you are pursuing with the web shop and your internal processes. We also document your functional requirements for the web shop and determine the necessary interfaces.

During the workshop, we define clear to-do's that you can prepare and clarify internally before the next workshop. Everything discussed in the workshop is documented in our collaboration tool. After the workshop, you will receive access.

For this first workshop, you should only have your rough requirements for the web shop to hand. Otherwise, you do not need to prepare anything.

Data model & interfaces

The aim of the second workshop is to compile the findings from the first workshop into a data model and to discuss the necessary interfaces.

The preparation time for this second workshop is based on your to-do's from the first workshop. These are individual for each company. We clearly define the tasks so that you can clarify them internally and, if necessary, divide them up between the respective departments. There should be approx. 3 weeks between the first and second workshop so that there is sufficient preparation time for the follow-up workshop.

Training location / premises

You have the choice: The workshops can take place as an online meeting via Microsoft Teams. In this case, each participant should take part from their own PC to ensure good acoustics. We have already conducted many smooth workshops online. Alternatively, the workshops can also be held at your premises.

Method / Procedure

We work according to the unique avanta Go! method. We have a structured approach with which we document your requirements, functions and processes and define your interfaces and data models during the workshops using a ready-made template. This allows us to reach our goal quickly and cost-effectively after just two workshops without a weekly meeting marathon.

Important details and queries can be clarified flexibly between the two workshops if required.
