The returns notification can then be processed electronically and shows your customer the current processing status.
The returns registration add-on module supports returns management in the online shop with the help of a standardized form for registering your customers' returns. The form is used to communicate and document returns. Shipping logistics with interfaces to providers must be set up individually.
The registration form consists of contact details, item details and the reason for the return. Your customers also have the option of uploading images of the returned goods.
The documentation of the returns includes the creation date and processing status.
